Our customer service team will review your application within 24 hours. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Most products come with a 1-year free warranty. Some premium products (such as smart door locks and robot vacuums) offer a 2-year warranty. For quality issues during the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement services. Proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot) is required for warranty claims.

After logging into your account, you can view real-time status of all orders on the 'My Orders' page. Order statuses include: Pending Payment, Pending Shipment, In Transit, Delivered, etc. You can also click the order number to view detailed tracking information.
Yes, accessories for most products (such as filters, brush heads, batteries, etc.) can be purchased separately. You can click the 'Buy Accessories' button on the product page, or search for the accessory model on our website. Accessories have the same warranty policy as the main product.
You can choose to receive an electronic or paper invoice when placing your order. Electronic invoices will be sent to your email within 24 hours after order completion. For paper invoices, please fill in the mailing address when ordering, and we will send it within 7 business days. We support both standard and VAT special invoices.
