Almost all models support both plug-in and hardwired installation. For hardwired installation, simply cut off the power cord with scissors and connect it to the pre-wired power supply in the wall.

Do not completely cover or enclose the heated towel rack with a bath towel, and do not operate it at the highest temperature for extended periods. This can prevent heat dissipation, causing the internal temperature to rise excessively and shortening the service life of internal components or causing damage.

In most cases, this is because prolonged high-temperature operation has triggered the thermostat’s self-protection mode, causing the unit to shut off automatically. Please disconnect the power and let the unit rest and cool down for one hour before turning it back on.
